However when you are really, really good it is very different to working at 100% of your potential and I believe that to get close to that you would need to put in quite a lot of hard work and dedication, which is rare for that point in life. However it happens, my body tends to get better over time and I am now far better than my former body at some of the areas where I used to be, however it never stopped me from working hard and fighting for each little peeks I got, some of which I probably do not deserve but I just have to accept it to get through. The biggest issue is that I have always trained really hard and have been working ever since I was 18 years old, before I really got interested in my bodybuilding career.
